We support citation work for up to 100 authorized businesses each month. Personal email services are designed for individual use and can require separate security checks, making a consistent client-by-client handover workflow impractical at this scale.
Citation Inbox lets us assign one permanent mailbox to each client, keep business-directory accounts separated, and provide the client with long-term access. These mailboxes are used mainly for listing verification, approval notices, and password recovery—not marketing campaigns.
Citation Inbox never replaces phone, official-domain, document, or identity verification when a directory requires it.
